Join Our Team as Talent Acquisition Associate 🚀
We’re looking for a people-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team at PWO by Lottomatica. In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle while also acting as a trusted partner to the business on key HR topics. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, employees, and HR stakeholders, contributing to both talent acquisition and broader people initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Your Mission Will Include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to offer stage
- Sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Conducting interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Acting as a point of contact for hiring managers on recruitment planning, workforce needs, and timelines
- Partnering with managers on HR topics
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility
- Providing HR support to employees and managers, ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently
- Supporting employer branding, HR initiatives, and people-related projects
- Preparing recruitment and HR reports, providing insights on hiring progress, people metrics, and trends
What You Bring to the Table:

- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a combined TA/HR role
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and core HR practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
- Experience working in international organizations
