About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Accounting & Receivables Specialist (Italian Speaking) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processing, maintaining account integrity, and supporting daily operations across our retail and online networks.

This position involves close collaboration with various departments and requires excellent communication skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you’ll do:

  • Process bank wires, credit requests, customer messages, emails, and phone inquiries
  • Control, verify, and record bank wire transfer documentation in the system
  • Manage shop and online credit requests submitted by shop agents or sales representatives
  • Supervise accounts receivable/payable and support the dunning process
  • Monitor and control shop balances and credit lines
  • Liaise daily with Retail Agents via email, phone, or chat to resolve operational or financial queries
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Contract Management, Sales, Risk Management, and Legal & Compliance
  • Administer accounts receivable and payable and perform general accounting and clerical duties
  • Observe franchisee transactions to detect and prevent potential fraudulent activities
  • Participate in the training of new employees and share process knowledge
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional operational support to customers and internal stakeholders, including issue investigation, follow-up, and escalation when required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior or as business needs evolve

What we’re looking for:

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including Sundays and public holidays
  • Excellent command of the Italian language (written and spoken)
  • Good command of English
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with accounting systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an affiliate or customer service role, preferably within the Betting & Gaming sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • General accounting and reporting knowledge
  • A committed team player with strong attention to detail
