Junior Salesforce Administrator at PWO: Drive Excellence Through Smart Systems

At PWO by Lottomatica, we're growing fast—and so is our need for efficient, scalable systems. We’re currently looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Belgrade and take ownership of our Salesforce platform.

This is a key role for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for configuring and optimizing our Salesforce Service Cloud environment, supporting users, ensuring data integrity, and turning business needs into smart, scalable solutions.

Your Mission Will Include:

• Owning the configuration, design, and functionality of our Salesforce Service Cloud platform
• Maintaining and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, workflows, triggers, and approval processes
• Managing user profiles, roles, permissions, and overall system security
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support business decisions
• Ensuring data accuracy through regular data imports, updates, and cleanups
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that leverage the full potential of Salesforce
• Implementing best practices for change management, testing, and system maintenance
• Identifying risks, inefficiencies, or areas for system improvement and proactively addressing them

What You Bring to the Table:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Outstanding communication and knowledge-sharing abilities
• Confidence in decision-making and a sense of ownership
