As a member of our PlanetPay365 Support Team, you'll be at the heart of our multi-service digital platform, providing essential day-to-day support and communication with our PlanetPay network. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our team and company, serving as the vital link between us and our PlanetPay points of sale and customers.
What You'll Do:
Resolve Issues Efficiently: Tackle PlanetPay network issues, complaints, and inquiries with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Manage Communications: Handle incoming requests from shop owners and customers via email, phone, and other channels, building trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide Top-Notch Support: Follow our Retail PlanetPay365 processes and procedures to offer first-level technical support and assist with platform usage, contractual matters, and activations.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Sales, Product, Affiliation, Administration, Finance, Retail Tech, and PlanetPay365 partners to ensure seamless support.
Reinforce Onboarding: Strengthen our onboarding process and streamline the B2B and B2C customer journey.
Utilize Salesforce: Use Salesforce as your main tool for communication and managing our company’s database and back-office operations.
Stay Organized: Follow, organize, and share everyday information in a timely manner.
To be our perfect match, you’ll need:
Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
Experience: At least one year in a similar role.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in computer usage and a knack for technology.
Problem Solver: Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Industry Interest: A passion for sports betting and the online gaming industry is a plus.
Flexibility: Comfortable with shift work and working from the office during onboarding period.
